William & Mary Student Shuttle

Oleta Coach Lines is proud to offer William & Mary students an easy and inexpensive way of getting to/from Northern Virginia for the scheduled breaks.

Our shuttles pickup and drop-off at the Kaplan Arena Parking Lot (formerly known as the William & Mary Hall parking lot) and the Springfield-Franconia Metro Station Kiss & Ride parking lot (Google Map; satellite view; a.k.a. HOV Bus Parking). We need everyone to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the shuttle to allow adequate boarding time.

The cost is $50 per person/shuttle or $60 per shuttle, if payment submitted more than 24 hours after completing this form. If you were not able to reserve a seat via credit card prior to the date/time of a shuttle, then you may be able to board the shuttle vehicle, if there are seats available, but payment of $50 will be required, in cash, upon boarding the shuttle vehicle.

Do not put off today for tomorrow, because tomorrow may be too late. So, complete the form below, request shuttles weeks/months in advance and pay immediately after receiving the Secure Credit Card Payment email from Oleta Coach Lines, Inc.. An email from our system will also let you know if shuttle(s) is/are no longer available.

Start your own shuttle to a nearby airport, select Newport News or Richmond airport, and avoid the Norfolk airport as it requires a commute across the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel that will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, and the possibility of stopped and/or slow traffic. Please note that our prices are approximately $80 and $125 for one-way transportation to/from Newport News and Richmond airport, respectively, and we usually offer a discount to Newport News and Richmond airport. Currently, we are not accepting requests to pick-up or drop-off at Norfolk airport.

In addition to the destinations that the Metro System offers, Greyhound also offers services from the Metro Station to hundreds of destinations! William & Mary also offers Airport and Out of Town Travel options.

After the form has been completed, we do not allow cancellations, refunds, credit towards shuttles in a future school year, or exchanging of payments to another student or faculty member. Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving a Secure Credit Card Payment email from Oleta Coach Lines, Inc. If you submit your payment more than 24 hours after submitting your student shuttle request on our website, then the cost will be $60 per shuttle requested. You have the option to select and pay for one or more shuttles, and you can transfer payments to future shuttles that are listed on our website and within the same school year of your payment. No refunds will be given unless a shuttle is canceled due to a low number of students requesting the shuttle.
